Lulu has worked in a call center since 2005, and is one of the bugman's Customer Care Representatives. She loves working in the industry because of its ever-changing nature, and her favorite part of her job is the satisfaction she gets from helping a customer. In her free time, Lulu loves hiking and spending time outside with her son and dogs.
